Partner Agreement Summary
1. Program Overview
The Buildly Partner Program is a referral and revenue-sharing initiative where partners introduce new clients to Buildly and earn a commission on collected revenue.
2. Commission Structure
Partners earn 25% of revenue collected from qualified referrals. Commission applies for up to 12 months from the start of client engagement.
3. Qualified Referral
A referral is qualified if: (a) introduced directly by you via your referral link/QR code, (b) not already an active Buildly client, and (c) enters into paid engagement within 90 days of introduction.
4. Partner Responsibilities
- Make thoughtful introductions to relevant startups/founders
- Share referral link responsibly
- Do not misrepresent pricing, guarantees, or Buildly's services
- Do not present yourself as a Buildly employee
5. Buildly Responsibilities
Buildly handles discovery, qualification, scoping, pricing, contracts, billing, delivery, and ongoing client management.
6. Payment Terms
Commissions paid monthly based on collected revenue. Partners responsible for own taxes as independent contractors.
7. Non-Exclusivity
Partners may refer clients to other companies. No exclusivity required.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. Commissions for active engagements continue per original terms.
